Born in 1994, Ferdinando Trematore began studying violin at age five with his father and, at age of 15, under the guidance of M° Fiorentini he graduated from the Conservatorio in Foggia. He studied with M° Boris Belkin at Conservatorium of Maastricht and currently he studies with Mº Salvatore Accardo and M º Pavel Berman. As a soloist he has performed with several orchestras all over Europe. In 2016 he performed Ravel’s Tzigane with the BAM Symphony Orchestra in a European Tour under the baton of Bas Wiegers. In 2018 he performed Mendelssohn’s Violin Concerto with the Orchestra della Toscana and Alessandro Cadario in several concerts in Italy. Among others, Trematore has participated in competitions, such as the 24th International Violin Competition Valentino Bucchi in Rome, the 30th International Violin Competition Michelangelo Abbado in Milan.
He plays an original Antonio Guadagnini, Torino 1881, awarded by the Fondazione ProCanale of Milano.
